Application for Special Passport (Green)

Only state employees in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree levels of employment can apply for a Special Passort.

1. Personnel apply with a Special Passport Request Petition to the General Document Registraiton Unit of the Rectorate. If she or he also wishes to apply for other family members, phtotocopies of their identity cards must be attached to the application.
2. A Special Passport Application Form with wet and electronic signature is prepared for application within 2-3 days.
3. The application is submitted to the Provincial Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs.
