Academic Staff Change Procedures

– In accordance with Article 7 of Presidential Decree No. 2, our Institute examines open and filled academic positions, and staff change requests are submitted by departments for the Rector’s approval. Approved staff changes are send to the Higher Education Council and the Presidency.

– After approved staff changes are published in the Official Gazette, the Institute Board of Directors’ decision and prepared table are sent to the Higher Education Council.

– The process is completed when the Rector approves personnel involved in filled position changes and open and reserved staff lists are recorded in the relevant programs.
